Delete your TaxBuddie account
Permanently deleting your account removes your profile, shifts, mileage, earnings, expenses, receipt data, recurring costs, imported statements, goals, notification settings and leaderboard entry. The Firebase login account and username lookup are also removed.
Any Stripe subscription and saved Stripe customer associated with the account are cancelled immediately before deletion. If cancellation fails, deletion stops and your account remains available so you are not left without access while still being billed.
Apple or Google store subscription: cancel the subscription in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings before deleting the TaxBuddie account. Store billing may continue independently after the TaxBuddie account is removed.
Delete while signed in
- Sign in to TaxBuddie.
- Open Profile.
- Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account.
- Re-enter your password and type DELETE.
Cannot access your account?
Email support@taxbuddie.org from the address registered to your TaxBuddie account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
