By continuing, you confirm and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your shift, earnings, mileage, and expense data.
- TaxBuddie is an information and record-keeping tool only and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
- Any estimates, summaries, predictions, or export outputs are provided for convenience and may contain errors or omissions.
- You must independently verify all figures and records before filing with HMRC or sharing with an accountant.
- You are responsible for your own tax returns, submissions, and legal compliance obligations.
- Statement imports, forecasts, insights, reminders, HMRC packs, and any beta features must be treated as informational only and may contain mistakes, assumptions, or missing data.
- TaxBuddie Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features. The main rider workflow, including Start Shift and related premium tools, is accessed through Pro.
- The current Pro offer includes a 14-day trial unless a different offer is explicitly shown at checkout. After trial, Pro renews at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled before renewal.
- Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are processed by Stripe. You can manage billing and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal.
- Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
- Service availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages may occur.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxBuddie and its operator are not liable for tax penalties, losses, claims, indirect damages, missed deductions, or filing errors arising from use of the app.
- By using TaxBuddie (including Pro), you agree that all filing decisions and financial outcomes remain your sole responsibility.
- You agree to use the app lawfully and keep your login credentials secure.
